I don't think seed-v3 is upto date anymore is it ?
V3 is gone and we are now at Dispatcher RC1 , however there
Is no seed-rc1 target so just use the seed-sample as in the
Dispatcher Quickstart and enable that for Dispatcher.
I have no such problems with PDF or Source Links using Dispatcher.
