Regarding "That is a general problem" i mean that
keeping things synchronised is a general problem.

There is a lot of duplication in plugins, e.g. the
skinconf.xml and forrest.properties (but i made some
changes recently to help with that).

With the Dispatcher, there is copies of pelt.fv in
each project that wants to use that theme. There is
a discussion between Thorsten and i in the dev archives
about keeping that in sync. Cannot remember the outcome.

However, i don't know what Gavin is talking about
regarding "copies of skins". I tried to find out
earlier in this thread.
