Okay moved the install document. The others have
relevant names. Thanks to site.xml did not need
to change any links.

However i wonder do we really need that "install"
document anymore. It was for the old versions of
the plugins and recently evolved to describe the
current work. Its information seems to be contained
in the Quickstart.

No other version. Need to update it. As above it
probably used to refer to the old plugins. Now we
need to encourage people to use the current Dispatcher.
IMO there is no need to try to describe old (x2) and new.

That is probably a common term. Basically means
that the "programming language" is only relevant to
this domain (the structurer part of the dispatcher).
