Yeah, like you said FOR-811 is to tidy up the default pelt theme.

Let give me you an example why we need a structurer for site-author. The
skinconf.xml can be found in *all* projects, right? What does
skinconf.xml do? Customizing the skin for the current project (change
logos and project name, ...) Now the skinconf.xml is growing up to the
structurer.

Trying to say if we use themes.core/themes/pelt.fv then we have MyGroup
and MyProject, ... but that is not reflecting the reality since we have
custom contract configuration in our site-author.

This can be overcome if we solve=20

because we then can enhance the structurer (pelt.fv) and corresponding
contracts to automatically take the properties of forrest.properties.xml
(if defined) and use it instead the right now hard coded values (which
would become fallbacks in the contracts).=20

Well, that will end in a build failed for the site-author site since we
do not have e.g. the requested logos (see my comment at 12/Feb/06 01:14

I agree we should enhance the dispatcher but IMO we should focus on=20
