Yeah, that was the reason for asking whether you use v2 or v3, because
in v3 you do not have this kind of "html specific magic". So I am unsure
whether it makes a whole lot of sense to document this deprecated way of
creating contracts.

in v2 there is no difference because we have a special filter to add
head stuff only once.
