We don need to rewrite code at all. Cocoon generates his own docos using 
qdox block - 
http://cocoon.zones.apache.org/demos/release/samples/blocks/qdox/welcome

I am pretty sure we can use it in forrest or just build a plugin for 
that. ;-)
