We just said that there will be a workshop about Views so that we can understand it better and help to ensure strong foundations. We put it into the Whiteboard, just to get past the 0.7 release. We probably need a separate discussion and vote about whether to move them out of the Whiteboard and about whether they should be in the core or as a plugin. -David
