Tim Williams has highlighted an inconsitency in our use of the cocoon:/ and cocoon:// protocols. At best this leads to confusion for new developers learning by reading the code, at worst it may trigger an existing bug in Cocoon (this has not been verified). We need to work with the Cocoon community to ensure our use of the cocoon protocol is correct.
