Yes, that will be the connection because the user got this problem when 
I advised him to use the same method of calling the forrest site target 
as the one I use in the plugin build.xml file.

I cannot reproduce this bug (windows XP, JDK1.4.2, cygwin) so it would 
appear to be a Linux thing.
