Thanks very much for the patch. Applied with some mods. Created the txtdoc.png rather than
using the pdfdoc image and updated the CSS to display the image properly.

Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: FOR-377
    Summary: implement default text output
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Open
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Forrest
 Components:
             Plugins (general issues)
   Versions:
             0.7

   Assignee: Rick Tessner
   Reporter: Diwaker Gupta

Description:
I'm attaching a patch that activates text output generation for all files by default (just
like the PDF output) configurable by the <disable-txt-link> option in skinconf.xml

It only works for tigris skin right now, but should be trivial to carry over to other skins.
I'll post a patch shortly for those as well. The CSS doesn't support txtlink class well yet,
so the icon shows up clumsily on top of the PDF icon right now, but this is a skin issue.
