Yes, I found the error. After a cleand build. I do:

cd plugins
cheche@yarel:~/xml/forrest/trunk/plugins$ ant
Buildfile: build.xml

init:

dist:
     [input] Which plugin do you want to package?
OpenOffice.org
       [zip] Building zip:
/home/cheche/xml/forrest/trunk/site-author/content/plugins/OpenOffice.org.zip

BUILD SUCCESSFUL

It is using the dist instead of the local-deploy as I was expecting.

Still, This method assumes that the user has write access to
$FORREST_HOME and it is not the case on a multi-user enviroment.

So is ok if we change this:

cheche@yarel:~/xml/forrest/trunk/plugins$ svn diff build.xml
Index: build.xml
===================================================================
--- build.xml   (revision 71505)
+++ build.xml   (working copy)
