I have found & fixed some 'minor' problems but am still unable to get it to work.

Although the compliance.html/ihtml file 'looked' OK, it was not valid HTML. Among its 'minor'
problems were:
  o no <body/> tags
  o no <title/> tags
  o no closing </html> tag
o <h1> was not first the first element

(well maybe not quite 'minor'...)

Anyway, I've corrected these problems but when I do a /forrest/, I still get the following
error for compliance.html

X [0] compliance.html BROKEN: /Users/Shared/_WebDLs/_repos/xml-fop/src/documentation/content/xdocs/compliance.xml
(No such file or directory)

I get a similar error when I do a /forrest run/ and try to access that page:

In spite of the title of this section, it doesn't mention .ihtml.
