If I place compliance.html into src/documentation/content/xdocs/ forrest does not 'find' it:

X [0] compliance.html BROKEN: /Users/Shared/_WebDLs/_repos/xml-fop/src/documentation/content/xdocs/compliance.xml
(No such file or directory)

Is this a bug? If it's not a bug, what is the procedure for placing HTML files in Forrest,
and having Forrest 'find' and skin them? '.ihtml' and '.ehtml' are apparently deprecated.
I'm happy to add a PATCH to the Upgrading to Apache Forrest 0.6 and/or other pages, but I
don't know the procedure.

BTW, the original intent of this issue is to improve the documentation of the Deprecation
of .ehtml & .ihtml. The title of that section on the indicates "Deprecation of .ehtml
and .ihtml" yet the blurb makes no mention of .ihtml. Should this be fixed?

Also, should information be added to this section indicating information about placment of
.html files & SKINNING:

- skinned: src/documentation/content/xdocs/
- skinless: src/documentation/content/

In spite of the title of this section, it doesn't mention .ihtml.
