Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: FOR-380
    Summary: Plugin build files need to increase levels of reuse
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Closed
   Priority: Minor
 Resolution: FIXED

    Project: Forrest
 Components:
             Plugins (general issues)
   Fix Fors:
             0.7
   Versions:
             0.7

   Assignee: Ross Gardler

Description:
Individual plugin build files currently reuse some targets in the main plugins build file,
but there is still much duplication across plugins.

Each plugin only needs to start with a build file of:

<project default="docs" basedir="." name="Forrest plugin build file">

  <property name="plugin-name" value="rtf-output"/>

  <import file="../targets/pluginBuild.xml">
</project>

The ../targets/pluginBuild.xml file can contain the default targets, This still allows each
individual plugin to overload a target if it needs to.
