I expected it to be more like Cocoon.

They have one repository for the top-level site
with global things like the homepage, the example sites,
the mailing list and other community-type info.

Then they have docs for each release ...
/2.1/
/2.0/
/1.x/

The generated docs come for each separate release branch,
i.e. not stored all in trunk.
