Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: FOR-338
Summary: Document Content could be shown in frames
       Type: New Feature

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

    Project: Forrest
 Components:
             Core operations

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Joerg Woost

    Created: Thu, 28 Oct 2004 5:30 AM
    Updated: Thu, 28 Oct 2004 5:42 AM

Description:
The navigations, header and footer must not scroll out of the users sight, if he wants to
read the document.

So i use a frame to show the document-content inside the window

unfortunally there are some things to do, i am not to firm in, so i give you a little idea,
how it works and what should be done
