It seems that I do not have enough permissions to make any changes to 
issues. Therefore, here is my comment for FOR-203:

This bug is not fixed by the patch for FOR-111. It is just caused by the 
same directory structure. Due to this reason I gave the link to FOR-111 
for further details. Unfortunately, after my initial investigation, this 
bug (FOR-203) seems to be much more complicated than FOR-111. I do not 
have the time to investigate this bug any further.

Please download the attachment "bug-demo.tgz" and follow the 
instructions of the issue description.
