The ParanoidCocoonServlet does not solve the problem. :-(

One thing I noticed: if Tomcat is already running and I copy the forrest.xml context file
in the Catalina/localhost dir, Forrest works and also all other apps keep on working. The
only thing is that Cocoon throws an exception on startup and default to screen logging (but
still works). If Tomcat is restarted, the apps that throw exceptions are the other ones, as
if Forrest takes precedence.
