It does look very good Thorsten!

I like it so much, I'll probably use it for a new documentation site I'm playing with.

I just want to confirm how the TOC links are supposed to work. They do not appear at the top[1]
(using Krysalis.org as a reference). Instead the links are show in the 'Index" box. This is
fine, as long as this is the intended behavior (for some reason I seem to remember there being
a way to show/hide the TOC via CSS and a link but I don't recall if that was forrest-related).
