Compare the current Forrest website pages with that from your local Forrest. The current website
uses the old "forrest-site" skin which is now gone. The current head of SVN uses the new "crust"
skin.
                                                                                
Here are the remaining issues (please add any more) ...
                                                                                
* The Compliance icons (HTML and CSS) are shown on every page (Sounds similar to FOR-175).
The old skin showed them only on the home page. It could be incorrect to show them on all
pages. We know that at least one page suffers validation issues due to issue FOR-241.
                                                                                
* Not displaying the optional <notice> and <abstract> elements of the header.

* Not displaying the <footer> element. (Neither did the old skin.)
