My hope is that at least some part of these sections will be useful to use in forrest-0.6. In addition, I've posted the /forrest/ output after adding these items. Aside from the fact that these FOP Additions may not be compatible with the current sitemap.xmap file, it's entirely possible I added them in the wrong place. I attempted to add them where they appeared in the old xml-fop sitemap.xmap file, but the files have significant differences.
