Would you please explain the reasons for the patch. We need to add a clear log message when
we commit the patch. Why do the height and width attributes need to be removed? Why does "display:inline-block"
need to be removed?

This patch makes the tigris-style skin CSS validate. The CSS still has a lot of redundant
and vestigial descriptions which are not needed by the skin anymore. I shall be submitting
cleanup patches for them shortly.
