It would be cool if we come up with an html output that has all the hooks that CSS designers
would need to make a skin.

In particular, the cssgarden shows how much can be done with CSS alone, and if we could make
users not need to even touch xsl for 99% of the skins it would be really cool.

We should also document well our html output classes, divs and spans, so that skin writers
have a stable contract to abide to.

We need to have Forrest switch tous a totally CSS-based skin, which would feel similarly to
