Ok, I installed and checkout everything out 
again. Everything was nice and easy :).

Then I changed the file, try to commit it and got this error:
RA layer request failed
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
/repos/asf/!svn/act/88fc0881-ae49-f242-a59d-b9aa19af986a: 403 Forbidden
