Subject [issues] Updated: (FOR-107) Put DTDs on Forrest site
Date Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT
The following issue has been updated:

    Updater: David Crossley (mailto:crossley@apache.org)
       Date: Tue, 27 Apr 2004 4:49 AM
    Comment:
The referenced email threads show that we have found a way to do this using .htaccess and
ProxyPass. Still needs to be implemented in SVN and tweaked to enable proper caching.

We have already added an xdoc to help people who do have proper xml editors.

Need to also edit all of Forrest's xdocs to have a consistent document type declaration.

    Changes:
[Fix For] set to [0.6]

Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: FOR-107
Summary: Put DTDs on Forrest site
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Minor

    Project: Forrest
  Component: Forrest website
    Fix For: 0.6

   Assignee:
   Reporter: Marshall Roch

    Created: Tue, 13 Jan 2004 5:46 AM
    Updated: Tue, 27 Apr 2004 4:49 AM

Description:
We should find a way to put the DTDs on the Forrest website, so that the xdocs can find the
right DTD. Editors like Eclipse and JEdit can validate and auto-complete the XML while you
type if the DTD can be found, so it'd be nice to be able to take advantage of this.
