Yes I just got word that the SVN repository has been created and CVS is read 
only.  Infrastructure was able to use the cvs2svn script to keep all of our 
history nearly flawlessly.

Checkout command:
svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xml/forrest

SVN Info:
http://incubator.apache.org/directory/svn.html

Browse:
http://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml/forrest/?root=Apache-SVN
