This was one of the problems I was having with JEdit.  It wouldn't do the tag and attribute lookup because it couldn't find the DTD.  I saw the discussion about the doctype resolution in the xmap file.  But that doesn't make it any easier to edit the XML files if your editor can't find the DTD.  +1 for putting the DTDs up on the Forrest site.

Forrest doesn't care about the doctype URI; it matches the 
"-//APACHE//DTD ..." part (drawing a blank to what that is called).

Are these dtds online?  If they were, Eclipse could validate my source 
while I work, and stop giving me warnings, which would be really cool.
