This task does not fork the JVM. It is based upon the <java> task in Ant , and specifically
the options that are used in the Forrest <java> task, which doesn't fork. It could be
forked, but I didn't see the point at the time of writing it. So your properties from in the
forrest build script should be available to this task quite straightforwardly.
