I gather that Nicola Ken refers to one of the implementation details
that i glossed over. Ideally Forrest would integrate the body of the
document into the main Forrest pipelines to add the side-panel and
top-bar navigation, and take advantage of the main pipelines.
Otherwise you get the plain DocBook page like XML Commons Resolver
(e.g. see the Release notes):
