I don't think so.  What if you want to handle just the raw files?  IIRC, in the 
ant build file these directories are full file paths, not relative.  And 
filesets that <exclude> a full path don't work.  Unless you can get this ant 
patch committed: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=18128
