Yes.  Although bugs FOR-48 and FOR-47 still plague me.  Can't someone test and 
apply the proposed fixes?

set FORREST_HOME=C:\Java\Apache\xml-forrest\build\dist\shbat (no trailing \, no 
'bin' directory)
set PATH=%FORREST_HOME%\bin;%PATH%
