but the german translation is already in place along with the other sixteen
ones, take a look at the list:

I don't think that Forrest mail list is the best place for this discussion
as it is more related to Cocoon, so let's finish it here.

For any suggestions or comments on i18n in Cocoon please use cocoon-users or
cocoon-dev lists.
Also, feel free to contact me directly by email.

I´m not sure how to handle the CDATA section. (Ok, I haven´t tried the
examples :-)
I would use "Locales" as a technical term and therefore not translated.
The files contains special characters (üö - umlauts) therefore the encoding
UTF-8 will not work.
I usually use ISO-8859-1, but maybe there are other encodings ...
