Hi Jason,

Are you talking about HTML Metadata?

I think that maybe It would be possible for some of the elements of the 
document to belong to the metadata tag:

on the schema define this element
<!ENTITY % local.headers "keyword">

on the document2html.xsl You need to treat that element to be added.

Is that more or less what are you looking for?
