Subject aha!! verified the image problem
Date Thu, 10 Jul 2003 13:06:00 GMT

from some rapid-fire testing before i head for the gym, it seems
that the image "spidering" that forrest does to copy all referenced
images into the build/site/images/ directory does not consider
images in the <credits> section of the skinconf.xml file. should it?
or have i misunderstood and should those images go in the skin-specific
images directory? (i wouldn't think so.)

i verified this by using the same image for the project-logo
and for one of the credits. if an image was being used for the
project-logo, then it was being copied over, and thus would *also*
be available for the credits later, purely by coincidence.

however, if the image was used *only* in the credits section,
it was not copied and was therefore not rendered.

this was not a jpeg specific thing -- it worked this way for
.png files as well. can anyone verify that the spidering will
examine the <credits> section for necessary, user-supplied
images?
