It seems that the Cocoon that Forrest is using has a sitemap reload bug.
Touching sitemap.xmap also fixes the problem.  Annoying, but not a fatal
problem.

I don't think so.  I remember having this problem before adding that, and
when the selector is commented out, I still have the problem.
