Subject [issues] New comment: (FOR-52) Variables in SVG
Date Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT
The following comment has been added to this issue:

     Author: Juan Jose Pablos
    Created: Tue, 15 Jul 2003 9:29 PM
       Body:
It would be possible to have an id attribute on the text element that identify it, and apply
XSLT to change the contents, but I am not 100% sure that this is a good design practique.

The SVG file should hold the content not a configuration file. So if you open the file with
a SVFG editor you would see the whole content and not content + variables

what would be better is to apply a transformation (xslt) when "seed" task is run, so the SVG
file always holds the content and the variables are removed.
