Attention! You should also set

     <parameter name="use-persistent-cache" value="false"/>

because of some problems during the serialization of the XSLT templates,
if you shutdown the servlet container.
The memory leak problem, which Carsten reported, seems only occur if you
use the xalan transformer instead of the xsltc transformer.

Until yet I havn't got a java profiler to run with Cocoon :-/ I tried
JProbe and JProfiler, all garbage!
