Subject [issues] New comment: (FOR-11) http://xml.apache.org/forrest/your-project.html doesn't fit page width
Date Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 GMT
The following comment has been added to this issue:

     Author: David Crossley
    Created: Thu, 16 Jan 2003 7:52 PM
       Body:
I think that this could be because of lines longer than 80 characters in a <source>
element of the xdoc. Because this is rendered as <pre> in the html, then the text will
extend off the screen for some monitors. This forces the whole page to scroll left-right.
Nasty, isn't it.

One solution is for xml content authors to be aware of the issue.

Another solution was proposed a while ago for Forrest. There is a stylesheet at src/resources/skins/common/xslt/html/split.xsl
which attempts to split long lines automatically. However, this caused out-of-memory errors
for some JVMs during the build, so was disabled.

Anyway today i made a manual fix the the source elements of your-project.xml ... does that
fix it for you?
