No idea. However, you can add a static variable holding a Cocoon resolver in FOPImageFactory and use this resolver to get the stream in the make() method instead of using URL.open(). It should be less than 10 lines to add/change. Note that this ties FOP to Cocoon, therefore no chance to get this in the distribution. J.Pietschmann
