Sorry, I forgot about that.. non-xdocs files in src/documentation/content
are copied across by default:

    <fileset dir="${project.real-content-dir}">
      <exclude name="xdocs/**"/>

PS: As for the name 'real-content': for some reason, the directory
'src/documentation' was assigned the variable name
${project.content-dir}.  Which is very silly because right underneath,
is a content/ directory.  When I found I needed to address that too..
name clash, hence ${project.real-content-dir}.
