Oh yes.. Ross Gardler also reported this.

It's because the first few breadcrumbs are set by Ant tokens when copying
the skins to build/tmp/context/.  On subsequent 'forrest' runs, the skin
files are deemed "up to date", and so not copied.

I've fixed it in CVS by setting overwrite="true".
