Subject Re: Updates to sitemap

An unfortunate side-effect of using modules is that whenever the sitemap is
altered, the Cocoon app dies:

java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.String
    at org.apache.cocoon.components.treeprocessor.variables.PreparedVariableResolver.dispose(PreparedVariableResolver.java:285)
    at org.apache.cocoon.components.treeprocessor.TreeProcessor.disposeTree(TreeProcessor.java:434)
    at org.apache.cocoon.components.treeprocessor.TreeProcessor.setupRootNode(TreeProcessor.java:384)
    at org.apache.cocoon.components.treeprocessor.TreeProcessor.process(TreeProcessor.java:320)
    at org.apache.cocoon.components.treeprocessor.TreeProcessor.process(TreeProcessor.java:308)
    at org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.process(Cocoon.java:595)
    at org.apache.cocoon.servlet.CocoonServlet.service(CocoonServlet.java:1016)

Seems that when the old sitemap is dispose()d, the variable stack in
PreparedVariableResolver is corrupt, and it tries to convert a string (eg
'type') into an Integer, and dies.
