Jeff, when folding that into the current Forrest avalon-site
skin, be aware that everything but "basic" and "forrest-site"
are really old. So be careful what you base the "avalon-site"
skin on.

Yes, such configurability is good.

I would like to see Forrest keep three skins: forrest-site, basic,
and minimal. The latter is a cut-down version of forrest-site
with no frilly bits. Remove the out-of-date skins and have the
ability to reference an external local or remote skin.
