To *run* should require nothing but Ant and a precompiled Forrest.
To *build* currently requires Centipede.

Forrest is mostly static files (DTDs, XML, XSLT, jars). There are a
couple of .java files that need compilation though. Once that's done, Ant
is sufficient.
