Will test the build after update and then commit needed libs.

Are you sure that FOP and Batik should go into the lib/core?

Btw, there is no pizza.jar in libs, so this means that either we won't have
XSPs or javac will be used. We can leave it so for now and add it when
needed. Any objections?
