i have used CorelDraw version 10 to create SVG succesfully.  It's very neat 
to create a complex drawing and be able to tweak it through XSLT.
My goal is to create complex 3D SVG graphs this way, although Steven is not 
convinced XSLT is the correct tool for this.  He'd rather code. :-)
