The FAQ DTD used in Cocoon 1 had sections and entries had an ID, which
is especially usefull for linking or giving the URL as an answer to a
user question (autogenerated numbers change as new entries are added).

See the DTD at
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-cocoon/xdocs/dtd/faq-v10.dtd?rev=1.3&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

and the Cocoon 1 FAQ at
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/xml-cocoon/xdocs/faq.xml?rev=1.51&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

So my non-voting +1 for adding sections and IDs to the FAQ.

Sylvain (first post to forrest :)
