This looks like an issue with your hdfs.
You are only running one datanode and its unavailable for writes.


Caused by: org.apache.hadoop.ipc.RemoteException(java.io.IOException): File
/Feb16/F/IISLogs/W3SVC23/u_ex140226.1424151400828.log.tmp could only be
replicated to 0 nodes instead of minReplication (=1).  There are 1
datanode(s) running and 1 node(s) are excluded in this operation.
at org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.
