Hi [~joseprupi],
I see that in order to create the graph you are looping over the similarity matrix and creating
lists for I-type and E-type vertices. This implementation assumes that your matrix and the
vertex lists fit in the memory of a single machine. Could you instead read the similarity
matrix into vertex and edge DataSets directly?
