GaoLun closed FLINK-2892.
    Resolution: Not A Problem

To keep the original benchmark method in MemorySegmentSpeedBenchmark class is a good choice
I think. Its output is much clear and understandable.

> Apply JMH on MemorySegmentSpeedBenchmark class.

> JMH is a Java harness for building, running, and analysing nano/micro/milli/macro benchmarks.Use
JMH to replace the old micro benchmarks method in order to get much more accurate results.Modify
the MemorySegmentSpeedBenchmark class and move it to flink-benchmark module.
